Legacy Society

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]When you make a planned gift to the Elk County Community Foundation you become a member of the Sara-Jane Stackpole Legacy Society, a group of friends and benefactors intent on securing a better future for our community. [/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]The Sara-Jane Stackpole Legacy Society was created in 2007, on the first anniversary of Sara-Jane’s passing, to honor this special philanthropist who left a legacy at the foundation. She was a special friend and ongoing contributor to the Foundation who shared the Foundation’s vision of building permanent charitable capital to benefit the community forever.
The Legacy Society honors all those who have made a lasting commitment to our community by including charitable gifts to the Foundation in their estates.
Leaving a legacy can include bequests, retirement assets, charitable gift annuities, charitable remainder trust, gifts of life insurance, or any other type of charitable planned gift. Remembering the Community Foundation in your will or estate plan offers many benefits. A charitable bequest may reduce your estate taxes, and will ensure your legacy lives on in our community, forever.
More than great wealth, planned giving requires a generosity of spirit and the desire to improve the quality of life for others. The Foundation extends to everyone the opportunity to become a member of the Sara-Jane Stackpole Legacy Society.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”599″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css=”.vc_custom_1529478271944{margin-bottom: 0px !important;}” el_class=”legacy”][vc_column width=”1/6″][/vc_column][vc_column width=”2/3″][vc_column_text]
